The Stealth Baseball Club is a premier Travel Program that creates a vehicle for young players to be afforded the opportunity to play baseball at the highest competitive level. Like many organizations, the vision for Stealth Baseball began humbly and has evolved into a reputable top-notch sports program.
As a Trial Lawyer for more than 20 years, Stealth founder, Anthony J. Russo Jr. has dedicated much of his professional as well as personal time and finances to charitable endeavors. Having had the privilege of sitting on numerous boards, chairing several large fundraising events and serving as President of some of the most prestigious nonprofit organizations, he decided to create his own 501(c)(3) organization.
Utilizing his own personal resources he decided to fulfill his passion of helping young athletes in their pursuit and engagement of sports, in particular baseball. As the father of a young athlete, Mr. Russo recognized the need for a quality baseball program, that would not only afford young baseball players the opportunity to play the sport at a competitive level, but to also help develop them into quality players, reaping all of the benefits sports programs can offer children and teens. Mr. Russo’s vision was to remove barriers that inhibited youth from playing competitive ball and maximizing their performance. Thus, was born the Stealth Baseball Club – a comprehensive approach to youth baseball.
In 2010, the Stealth Baseball Club was incorporated as a non-profit 501(c)(3) with one baseball team that was fully funded by Mr. Russo. Over the past six years the Stealth has grown into a Nationally recognized organization, competing on a local and national landscape. The Stealth Organization has earned a reputation as one of the top travel baseball programs in the country.
Stealth Baseball has afforded many young athletes an opportunity to both play the game and develop into stellar baseball players and individuals. They have provided their players with prospect camps and various other opportunities to showcase their talents. The combination of player development, talent showcasing and professional relationship cultivation has led many Stealth players to earn scholarships to college.
In the summer of 2016, MaxD and Victory Sports Group, two of the top Caribbean international organizations, partnered with the Stealth to bring their resources and players into the Stealth Organization. In doing so, the Stealth acquired some of the most prestigious international talent in the Caribbean along with some of the most knowledgeable baseball professionals in South Florida.
The Stealth Organization is run by Coach Bruce Charlebois. Coach Bruce is one of the most well respected Baseball names in South Florida and has earned national recognition for his accomplishments both on and off the field for his commitment and dedication to not only developing great athletes, but creating the highest moral character in his players.
